Purchase of a falconry experience from this website constitutes a contract between the purchaser and Feathers and Flight Historical Falconry. When you purchase an experience we will contact you to find out more about your requirements. These details will form the basis of a booking form. Details given should be accurate and true. Receival of payment completes and confirms the booking request.
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and that, due to unforeseen events, you may need to cancel your falconry experience. As long as you contact us to give your cancellation AT LEAST 4 days before your booked date we will return your payment in full. If you have to cancel under 4 days of your booked falconry experience we will return 50% of your payment. However, even with less than 4 days' notice, if you re-arrange a new date at the same time you cancel, your original payment will simply apply to the new date.
Please be aware that our falconry experiences are based on the behaviour and actions of wild birds. Whilst they (and the falconer!) are well-trained, birds are not machines and they can sometimes behave unexpectedly.
We do not use gimmicks or try to make the animals behave out of their natural parameters.
Weather plays a important part in how the experience goes and, if it is too windy or wet, this may severely curtail the display. Feathers and Flight Historical Falconry cannot be held responsible for bad weather or uncooperative birds, but we will always endeavour to ensure that you and your guests thoroughly enjoy the experience.
